Welcome To Retrofit Energy Upgrades

We are offering a one stop shop in a deeper and wider retrofit management services. The process will take place in a simple and professional step by step approch.

Here is how it works

1. We arrange a home visit with the owner.
2. Survey the dwelling and produce a building energy certificate (BER)
3. Explain the findings and outcome of the energy audit.
4. Advise the home owner on the practical and economic upgrades we believe will make a significant difference in both living costs and comforts
5. If the homeowner is satisfied with our recommendations and improvements, assistance is given in the completion of the Better Energy in the Homes Grant Application
6. Appointments arranged for each contractor to quote for works. All the contractors we employ are SEAI registered and approved.
7. When the quotes are calculated and agreed with the homeowner, a works schedule is set out.
8. When work is complete our energy assessor will conduct a final building energy certificate (BER) including the upgrades carried out during the improvements.
9. The energy savings and benefits are outlined.

All these upgrades we suggest are grant aided.
